Trying to work on form.

I've been listening to advice from sidewinder22 and hyzerunibomber, but I still feel like something is missing. I don't feel the snap at the end of my throw. Feels like the timing is off during my throw. My shoulders open too soon and my arm is too far behind, forcing an alligator arm motion. What does it feel like when you get the timing right and bracing right? I think I have some of the concepts down, but not in concert with each other.
 
I had some timing issues and realized my x step was too big. When you get it right (at least for me) I could feel my hips and back pulling my arm forward..

Once my disc reached back my right foot planted and it feels like a sling shot. When i screw it up, I feel myself using all my arm and upper body muscles to generate velocity
