My buddy just got a pair, blew the sole off 3 of the toes his first time on the course with them.
As disc golf shoes - Garbage!
They are made for surfing though, I can see why they don't make good DG shoes.

I had a pair of kso's that I loved to disc in but eventually got tired of being asked about them and stared at.
I wear these now. Just as comfortable but without the toe "pockets"
The best way to eliminate the odour is to use white vinegar in the wash. I just soak them in a vinegar/water and laundry detergent solution in a pail for 20 minutes, rinse them out well, then dry them outside.
I wish this fingered-shoe fad would just die already.
That's exactly what it is, by the way, a fad.
What's that? You think that in 50 years scientists will look back and marvel at how Vibram and other companies mastered how shoes are actually supposed to fit our feet? Honestly.

Who crapped in your cereal, tough guy? That's exactly what you are, by the way, a tough guy.
I wear my FiveFingers everywhere (which means a lot of washing and cleaning), and live in a city so I walk most places instead of driving. All told I'd say I probably put 600-700 miles into my shoes each year.Any FiveFingers owners in here that have played 50-80 rounds in a year that can comment on how they held up? I'm looking to get my first pair soon, probably TrekSport ones.
My biggest concern with these is how my toes would fit. I've got, as my wife calls them "fingers for toes" meaning they're fairly long. I just worry how that would feel comfort wise.
