How about a K-Line plastic? Huh? Huh?

I appologize since this has most likely been answered before, but I can't seem to find it. Now with the new manufacturing facility, will the Neo plastic and the molds manufactured by Lat64 still be produced? IE, will the Neo Instinct, Method, Essence etc still be produced the way they are today?

DM support said yes. L64 and Yikun will still be making Evolution and Active lines, separately from DM originals in the DM factory.

Jussi confirmed a few weeks ago whenever the KK Origins were dropping that the majority of the Evolution line is already being produced in house.

Discmania support: Was in the Dynamic Discs shop. Felt up a new Lucid Raider. It is Exactly the plastic of the new MD3 and nothing at all like the previous Lucid. Crystal clear, gummy, very pliable.

Makes me wonder. Is every manufacturer calling the Italians now, or just DD. Do tell!

I just received my order of 2 x Meta Origins. They feel super nice, but I really wish I could have selected the colour when ordering, or at least that Discmania would have packed 2 different colours.. (this is what I was relying on).

Other one is going to be a Christmas present for a girl who likes everything bling / glitter / pink, so I naturally hoped that I would have received a pink one (all the pics were of a pink disc when I placed the order). I don't care so much about the colour of my disc, but it's starting to be so dark up here that finding this one from the forest will be a challenge :D

So is that red disc a new MD-3 that Kyle Klein is doing work with at the NW Arkansas Open?

Interesting! Our C-Line definitely isn't gummy though. Are you certain you've felt both types of plastics? We're always happy to take a look at a photo if that's an option.

Apologies on the lack of color choices here. Your local office may be able to dig you up another color if you're looking for a pink one. Have you contacted Discmania Europe yet? It's possible that they can sell you another if you like.

46 days remain.

Indeed :)

Gotta say Kudos for the Zen drop!
The Midnight Prowl drop wasn't too bad aside from not getting to choose which colors we prefer (I ordered 3 and got 1 of each color so no complaints on my end, although I know everyone wasn't as lucky) 3 is about the perfect number IMO for a limit, 1 to throw with a backup thrower, and 1 to collect/hoard.

But the Zen drop was everything I wanted/needed. Didn't sell out instantly, Free to buy however many I want, and my choice of color/weights. It's actually awesome to hop on the website this morning a day after a release and see Zens, Razor Claws, Arctic Fangs, MD3's and P2's all in stock at the same time!

Question about Mystery Box

To the Discmania Rep:

I have a question about the upcoming mystery box, which I am aware you may not be able to elaborate on specifically.

I am really excited to pick one up when it comes out (fingers crossed). I recently watched a couple of unboxing videos from the black box last year with the Tilt and noticed that most of the discs were either X-outs or standard evolution line discs. I understand that there will be some standard discs in there, but is there any sort of basic info on how many discs will be unique discs (different plastics, stamps, colors, limited edition, etc) versus things that you could pick up in the store on your own? I'm not so sure I want a mystery box if it is just going to be a box of evolution and active line discs with only a couple surprises thrown in.

Thanks for reading.

Who am I to disagree with a official support guy, but IMO all the "Italian" MD3s and DD3s I have were indeed on the gummy side. Or course, the definition of gummy and the perceived amount may vary from one person to another but personally I thought they had a good amount of give. Which I do like.

Only a small portion of discs included would be considered "stock" version in this one. Some misprints or x-outs will always be included but people sometimes look forward to those the most and this is the only way to get them. You're going to love it! Sometimes people do get confused with something like the grey/black Enigma from last year which was a special color we had specifically made for MB but not too many people made that connection.

Good info! We'll look into it for sure
