in the middle of the bar stamp there is a DEFINITE dip in the flight plate, sharp dip not a little dip.
also, it needs to be an ontario mold...

Awesome, thanks guys. Is the puddle a part of the design like the indent on the Yeti Aviars or just an indicator for a certain run like the SDS Destroyers?

it has something to do with the injection process.. beyond that, I don't really know.

New around here, trying to learn the differences between plastics.. Can someone tell me why this pro-line isn't that pro-line and why the beasts in this picture are nearly indistinguishable to me? especially top-right and bottom-left, and to a lesser extent the green beast. the orc is really rubbery, and clearly not like the beast

Thanks!

I believe that Pearly Pro-Line Beast was the first generation of Champion plastic, the link between that and CE.

Once it was labeled champion plastic, they made a new plastic called Pro plastic, a variation of what we have today.

I may be wrong, so someone will correct me if I am.

What are these lady samurai katanas going for? New 175 and have a few other colors as well

Kinda. Pro plastic actually was first. The original KC Pro Line drivers and the Millennium line were Pro plastic and predate CE by five or six years. The "Pro Line" discs are…??? They were the post CE discs, and the story at the time was that Innova was mixing the CE pellets they had left with Pro pellets. The could be totally made up, though. Basically when the supplier for CE pellets went away, Innova was caught off guard and had to make it up on the fly. The Pro Line discs were basically Innova improvising while they figured out what to do next.

Anyway, they found a supplier for the Champion plastic pellets and replaced CE with Champion. At that point "Pro Line" went away. It was a pretty decent plastic, wasn't produced for very long and has a perceived connection to the sainted CE plastic. It makes those fairly desirable discs.

Pro Line is somewhat hit or miss, though. Like the SE discs, it seemed like the mix changed all the time so there is good Pro Line and ehhh Pro Line. It's hard to explain it all to guys who were not around at the time.

Got another one here, what is this thing? Is it worth more than being a chew toy in this condition?

Who made this? It has no markings on the underside of the disc

It's an old Lightning disc, when they did the Warplanes. Not sure which one it is (the stamp is a Flying Fortress, but they put that stamp on a lot of stuff).

I like to collect those, but only in top shape. Even brand new ones are very hard to move. Worn like that, even less.

Just a niche market most people don't care about.

Are all Polaris LS Cal tooled or is this one special? No pics but kinda self explanatory..

Also, I read somewhere that circle stamp Pythons without patent #s were the first off the line, is that true? or did they all have no patent #s. I have one thats mint and I just found another one, so I'm just curious

So I was told this was a Starfire. It feels like a starfire, but I have only been able to find this exact stamp as a Cryztal Z Wildcat. I have never held a Wildcat to compare. The thing is on the back it has "INNOVA..... RANCHO CUCAMUNGRO, CA" I don't have the disc with me so I expect I misspelled that word, oh well. So, I do not think this is a Wildcat but I do not know if starfires had this stamp.... I am a little curious thanks for all the help!

Is there such a thing as a BB CE Aviar? I just decided today that I want a CE Aviar but I have absolutely zero interest in a beadless disc. Is the Omega beadless also?
