Can't wait for new fairways, I currently have a River/Striker combo but the striker isn't really a fairway driver. I keep a 171 Opto River, 175 GL river and will be adding a 165 GL at some point.

An easy way to tell if another dye has a chance of working is to check the packaging to see if it says it will work on synthetics, most dyes you find are only for natural fibers and those won't work on a disc.

solid clear, I'm thinking something like that Ron Paul dye I did where I can do detail on top and bottom, it should show right through and I think there's potential for some really cool depth to be done with it.

I've seen those dyes before from prochemical and wanted to try them. A typical package of rit is 1 1/8th of an ounce and most of that is salt. The iDye packet is 14g and the dye is far more concentrated than what's in rit, 10g would be more than enough to dye with for quite a while.

Neon Pink and Chartreuse are available from RIT in bulk orders of a pound or more. Maansmit put together an order of it a while ago, someone might have some to spare.

Yep, see if BigManBailey will hook you up with one of his sweet airbrushing dyes, he'd be the best one for the lightning. If he doesn't work out, I'd love to do it, but I don't air brush so I'd have to figure out something else for the lightning.
