Okay, I am all sorts of bonered up about getting an overstable mid and will purchase two when out for sure. I want a max d driver too though!!! My local team Vibram guy was pretty tight lipped about the Obex a month ago when I asked him about it, just get it out already!
BH- Star Valk165-, FLX Buzzz 165-170, X link Sole 175
FH- ZStalker 170ish, ZWasp 170+, X link VP 175
Seems to me that most beginners are forehand now a days and throw "hard" max weight usually compensates a little more for control. As for the back handers, teach them right and start them out...
Who cares how you get it there as long as it gets there in style?! RHFH working on BH, it's there but not FH there. I like having the versatility of both FH and BH but if it comes right down to it and I need that comfort level... you bet your A$$ I'm throwing an anny FH. Evolution of your...
FLX Buzzz and FLX Drone. The kicker though... I can't take an approach, I always flip my mids over, but if I square up with the front of the box and forehand it, I can get 250-300 no problem. Love the Ibex too but I have to use it more for low power touch shots.
Long and short answer as exhibited by your picture... anything they can throw on the ground or for that matter get there hands on. Most of the chuckers at my home course are teenage punks who score what they can. On a better note, during private course tag matches for the Foothills Flyers I've...
To quote the breakfast club... "B-O-O-H-O-O!". I mean come on, your tired??? Can't people have an opinion. Personally I love the Beast and Valk, the rest of my bag is Discraft and Vibram. You do have to admit that a lot of what people are pissing and moaning about is legit. If they want to limit...
Beaver Ranch/Conifer Park is now a pay to play as of last year. It is more on the honor system and if they catch you they throw you off the mountain... not sure how they prove it as you put your 3 bucks in a depository then take out a daily tag(which is not contingent on whether or not you...
That sucks. I had a friend who had similar problems and he had to resort to a single cross step for a back hand throw. I had a little bit of pain in my feet during one round and had to square up my stance with the front of the box and forehand it. Keep on truckin and hopefully that solves the...
I saw my round ratings for my first tourney this year when I checked it out about a week and a half ago. 929 and 923, some one has to sandbag in intermediate.:D
I would say up to a C-Tier this is okay, but anything larger than that would probably be end up being a fuster cluck more often than not. The TD is putting a lot of time and energy into the event so maybe they should be allowed to have a little fun while there too.
