I want to see video of FPO hole 17, wondering why it's a 373' par 4.

I think that it is not a true par 4. Look at ALL the 3s that are on there in the field. My guess is that it should be a 3.

It's a 2 shot hole. Lots of uphill. It's a tweener but scores like a 4 because the 2 isn't really possible in the FPO division.

FPO are playing from what is normally the white tee, which makes the hole an uphill dogleg right. It is one that is extremely difficult to reach for a chance at two due to some thick tree cover between the tee and the basket. However, it is quite easy to throw a safe shot to the corner (~250 foot throw, plays probably 300-320 due to elevation, same landing zone as MPO is going for from the Gold tee), a safe approach (~150 feet or less) and make an easy three.

It's a tweener in terms of par. For the majority of FPO, it would take either a hyper-aggressive tee shot that didn't work out or a significant mistake (shanked drive or approach, 2+ putts, etc) to take scores higher than three. But no one is likely getting a two without a long throw-in.
