Heh. I would give it a try, out of curiosity if nothing else.One of the most popular restaurants in Richmond for years and years was a place called the Texas-Wisconsin Border Cafe- one owner from each state featuring the foods of both.
I once ate at a Mexican restaurant in Siberia. Siberia is cold, just like northern Wisconsin.
