Pooling Affects on Ratings

For large events like BG Ams, are pools recombined into a single division or otherwise adjusted after the tournament to formulate Official Ratings?

Like other events where the same layout is played at different times, as long as it is statistically close, the scores will be combined to produce the same set of ratings.

In big multiple pool events, all the scores on each course, regardless of the day or round played, will be combined to produce ratings for that course layout so everyone gets the same official rating for the same score. Even if one pool plays a specific course in abnormally tougher conditions than any other pool, ratings won't be done separately because everyone is playing every round somewhere in roughly the same tougher conditions. Any weather impact will average out and still be fair for everyone.
