My name is Nina and I am a graduate student at Karelia University of Applied Sciences in Finland. For my final project, I am examining the disc golf industry in the United States and writing a thesis concerning it. That is why I am inviting you to participate in this research study by completing the short questionnaire below. The purpose of the questionnaire is to gather general information about disc golfers in the US regarding their buying behavior and social media usage related to disc golf.

It will require less than 5 minutes to complete the survey - there are 10 questions and majority of them are multiple-choice questions. Due to my own limited time schedule and resources I have set the limit to 500 responses, and the survey will close either when the limit is reached or on 15 April, 2015. The survey will still provide very valuable information and every response is appreciated.
