Description: A mixture of open and wooded areas with a creek that runs the length of the course. Concrete pads on all long and short tees.
Local OB rules are: surrounded by water in the creeks and ditches, non-basket side of the creek, streets and parking lots, concrete walking paths and beyond.
Based on PDGA C-Tier events held in Summers of 2009 and 2010 the SSA from the long/blue tees is ~53.5 and SSA from the short/red tees is ~46.5. In 2011 the SSA from the short/red tees is ~45.2.
