Grass off fairways is long, makes it play like a links-style course. Very wide and fair fairways, you are only hunting if you throw a poor drive. Even then, the rough is pretty 'stomped' down. As a note to players who haven't been here, I've played at least 10 rounds and have never had to pay.

Very flat flood plain that was once a farm. Most holes reachable. Trees were planted but it will be several years before they become a factor. Most challenge is presented by vast expanses of OB tall weeds, walking paths and blind pin positions.

Local Directions:

Take I-275 to Colerain (exit 33). Go north 0.3 miles to Old Colerain and turn left (the Rumpke sign is visible on the right). Go 0.2 miles and turn left onto Day road. Go 2.7 miles to East Miami River road. Turn right. Go 1.3 miles to park entrance on left. Drive to back of parking lot for practice basket and first tee on the left.
