Pros:

Good signage, course was easy to follow once I found hole 1.
Cement Tee pads
baskets in good shape
Some Elevation on several holes
Bathrooms next to hole 8

Cons:

Hyzer hyzer hyzer hyzer hyzer hyzer hyzer hyzer almost hyzer
roads come into play on a couple of holes
picnic tables come into play on a couple of holes
playground comes into play on hole 9, BAD.

Other Thoughts:

This is not a pitch and putt course, but it is not a long course either. My biggest issue with this course is that every hole can be thrown with a righty hyzer shot.

You start off with hole 1, it is a blind shot as the basket is over the edge of the hill. You do not want to throw left of the basket as your disc may carry OB into the lake.

Then a longer walk over to hole 2 that is a hyzer up the hill. It plays longer due to the hill but it is not a long hole.

Then comes the big problem, holes 3, 4, 5, 6, all throw along the park boundaries. Every one of of these are hyzer shots of different lengths. Hole 6 being the best of the bunch as the basket is down the hill on a hill with the road to the right, a creek behind it and at the edge of play, the park boundary fence to your left.

Then a boring open shot across with the flag poll as your only obstacle.

Holes 8 and 9 are parallel to each other for the most part.

hole 8 right at the bathrooms, not any real tree's in the way.

Hole 9 is the only hole that you really don't want to hyzer at the basket. There is a playground on the right. It is also one of the longer holes as it is slightly uphill.

Would I play here again? No, as I have stated on other courses, this is a basic 9 hole course. Good to get people out. But it is a course for someone like me to bag and move on. I will never play here again.

Good, not great 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Updated: Played on:May 19, 2013 Played the course:2-4 times

Pros:

Concrete tees
Good signs
New baskets
Slight elevation changes
Ace runs

Cons:

It's 9 holes.
There's always people on the fairways. (Picnic tables right by the basket on hole 3)
Hole 8's basket is right next to a busy playground which discourages going for the ace.
The course is repetitive.

Other Thoughts:

It's not a bad course, it just isn't all that great. It's usually pretty windy out there, if there were other closer courses it might be worth playing. There is a very strict "Do not get in the water" rule so be careful or have a retriever handy.

Has Potential, Needs Improvement 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Feb 3, 2012 Played the course:once

Pros:

Great for a 9-hole course. Lots of elevation changes and great intermediate shots that are tons of funs. Set-up for right-handers.

Cons:

Course needs to be a full 18. Set-up is mostly for right-handers. Tee boxes are awkward, too short and not wide enough, which makes run-ups very difficult and messes up timing and rhythm.

Other Thoughts:

If the course is extended the tee boxes should seriously be given a ton more consideration. Different basket locations are possible on some of the front holes and should be considered.
