Pros:
- Great use of OBs. They make the course challenging and exciting.
- Multiple tee positions.
- well maintained
- The risky shots make you really think and give you an opportunity to try every trick you know if your willing to risk it.
- If you lose a disc you can be assured you will get it back when it is found, even if your name is not on it.

Cons:
This is not a course you can play on your own. There are no tee signs or pads and you will get lost, BUT this is private property so you should not be alone unless you know the course and the owner.
Other Thoughts:
The course is on a horse farm, not a park. This is private property so you need to contact the owner before playing, but you couldn't ask for a better host. If you are going to play I would suggest bringing some extra discs if you are into trading and maybe a 6 pack of Magic Hat for the host. The experience was well worth the drive.

Other Thoughts:
I find it hard to judge private courses because I don't expect them to have some of the requirements I would expect from a public course, However I have to hold them to the same basic standards to keep my ratings fair.
The course is located on a horse farm and has quite beautiful surroundings. It is mostly flat with a slight down hill on 8 and 9. It scores its points for being nicely maintained, having dual tees, and for its use of the land available to make a deceivingly challenging course. The shorts are almost all birdieable but the pin positions or the OBs will keep your score honest. The longs mostly just add distance but on a few holes it ups the risk vs reward factor.
Hole 1 - Bend it around the left corner of the house. Short but blind.
Hole 2 - Slight down hill with OB if you go long
Hole 3 - Short, bend it left or right to the basket behind some low canopy trees with OB if you go long. The long tee is a slight upshot from behind a fence.
Hole 4 - Open with the pin tucked at end of a tree line on the left. Longs add some good length to air it out.
Hole 5 - OB on both sides with a narrow strip to the basket. Longs force you to throw over the OB on the left or low and straight to make the clearing.
Hole 6 - Throw over the OB show ring, or try and play it safe and throw for the side. Long makes you throw around the right side.
Hole 7 - OB show ring lines the left side of a narrow fairway with OB right behind the basket(same basket as 5). Longs not much longer but makes you try to clear the ring, or shoot for a narrow landing strip down the right side.
Hole 8 - Slight down hill with a few well placed old growth trees mid shot.
Hole 9 - Bend it around the right corner of the house and slightly down hill. Short and blind with a mando to the right of the tree. Same basket as 1.
The OB areas are what makes this course fun.
This being a private course it can get away with a few of the holes over lapping, shared baskets, and the tees only being marked with flags. The owner did express the desire to put in permanent tee markets and change the holes up a bit once he could round up a couple more baskets. It has some room to grow and I'm sure it will get better over time. As it stands now its a solid backyard course I would be happy to have in mine.
