The campground at Goblin Valley is also home to a rough, but scenic disc golf course. The course is free to play for all park visitors. The visitor center will provide course maps, and rent discs for $1.00 each.
Approximately 216 miles southeast of Salt Lake City.
– 24 miles south of I-70 on Highway 24, turn at Temple Mountain junction, follow signs 12 miles to park.
– 20 miles north of the town of Hanksville on Highway 24, turn at Temple Mountain junction, follow signs 12 miles to park.
- After you pay State Park Fee at Ranger Station at the stop sign go straight ahead up the dirt road in front of you. (Campgrounds are to the right and the Goblin Valley is to the left.) Follow signs to Wildhorse Canyon Trailhead. Parking lot is just past the visible target for Hole 18. Tee One is just off the Southwest Corner of the parking lot or to your left as you face the colorful rock ridge.
