As the title suggests, this went from no course to 27 holes n one build. Kudos to the mayor at the time for getting behind the project.
Wish I could give a 5 but a few too many safety issues which are in the cons below.
Now for the pros: this course is on a piece of property made for a disc golf course, some elevation, one creek that comes into play on 12 or 13 holes, large trees with defined lines (good safari opportunity), open holes, tighter wood holes (A-I), and a variety of shots. Many of the maintenance personnel play so the grass gets mowed often. The initial installation was 27 holes (18 numbered/9 lettered (A-I)) with two tee pads and multiple basket locations which is always a plus. The baskets are color coordinated (3 or 4 different colors) to allow for different layouts. You can play all 27, play just the numbered, play and skip any of the following without interfering with course flow: 5-10, 5-6, 7-10, A-I.
There aren't a lot of big arm holes but there is a lot of opportunity to create some safari holes if you want. The ones that are: 5 possible, 10, 16, D, E, and I.

Safe concerns: Be careful on the following holes: 2 and 3, tee pad for 3 long can come into play from a rhbh fade from 2, 3 short may but not as likely; 4 and 11, park walking path between 4 and 11 and 11 tee pad can come into play with a rhbh turnover; 7 and 10, tee pad for 10 can come into play from a rhbh turnover from 7; 9 and 8, tee pad for 8 can come into play from a rhbh turnover from 9; 11 and 12 , tee pad for 12 short can come into play from a rhbh fade from 11, this is also a blind tee position so if you're throwing 11, check and make sure the short pad of 12 is clear; 14 pin throws to the backside of a bathroom, a long throw can easily make it around the bathroom; 15 has playground equipment early left, a mando forces the throw away from the playground but there is still a change of a slip; hole A has a mando left of a tree to keep from throwing through an amphitheater but again, there's a chance for a slip.

A quick hole by hole: 1 L tee is a nice shot through some trees from an elevated trees; 2 good park course shot; 3 blind, good, short, uphill through trees; 4 fairly open with the basket on the grading of the street above it (extra - I five putted from 20 feet once); 5 one of the longer holes and open, 6 blind, mando toward the creek with left to right flight; 7-10 open, flat, play the walking trail as OB to add to the challenge, creek on 7 and 8; 11 trail right and creek long but flat fairway, make sure 12 S tee is clear before throwing; 12 L tee blind, elevated tee, creek long/right; 13 short slight uphill shot; 14 road OB, creek right near the basket; 15 mando throws to the right, creek right and long; 16 short, low ceiling; 17 one of the longer holes, creek right, there is a basket in a large tree on the right side of the fairway and long basket, 18 L basket, over and along the creek, OB pinches near the basket; A mando right and OB left; B can be tricky going into the woods; C the basket is in the convergence of a tree trunk, well guarded, D/E open but some trees and ceiling concerns; F sweet rhbh hyzer over the White River to the basket or stay dry by throwing left along the bank; G tightest hole on the course but not impossible; H short hole toward OB creek/river; I L tee blind, uphill, downhill, road left OB, trees right side, basket semi guarded due to the distance of the hole, probably my favorite on the course. I hope this helps.
This is my hometown course and worth playing at least once. And if you do, adding another close course to your trip will make it extra enjoyable.

a few of the alternate basket locations are near enough the water that we would probably skip the holes if they were placed there.
