Pros:

+This is the primary park for the whole town of Gregory and as a result, contains a lot of cool stuff. If you are traveling with family, as I was, there is other stuff to do here while you get your fix in.
+9 nice baskets
+Signage is more than adequate for this course. Course was very easy to navigate once you find hole one near the tennis courts.
+More elevation change than I thought that there would be. Nothing crazy but anything beats totally flat. Makes you think about shot angles a bit more.
+Good distance variation on holes. A few aceable holes for a lot of throwers and some real bombers that most won't reach in one.
+Park is overall very well maintained, definitely the pride of Gregory.
+A good number of trees and they are used well. A few holes have specific lines that need to be hit to have success.
+Shouldn't lose a disc on this course.
+Saw no other golfers here so it can be a very quick round if you are bagging it as fast as possible.

Cons:

-Natural tees are the biggest drawback for the course. They weren't in especially bad shape but I always like some concrete.
-Some minor safety issues as the course plays a bit close to the pool parking lot, walking path, and a few buildings.
-Course has some trees but is generally pretty open. It could get very windy out here. A few more well placed trees could add more to the course design as well.

Other Thoughts:

+Overall, this course was designed and executed well. Concrete pads would bump this up to a 3 for me. There would be some opportunity to expand onto the hill with the water tower if they wanted to.
+A pretty basic city park course although a very nice city park.
+I'd recommend a stop here. The course isn't crazy good but it's a well done 9 holer in a small town.
+Best holes: 3,4,7
3- Longest hole on the course with a few different angles and a low ceiling.
4- Aceable if you hit the right line. Would be a very fun hole to ace. Not as easy as the distance indicates.
7- Blind over a small rise. A few trees in the middle/left of the fairway. Trouble behind the basket. Classic risk/reward.
Worst holes:1,2,8,9
I'd work on redoing these 4 for more safety reasons. They seem to be just filler holes until you get back to 4-7 were the better golf is. They could push all the holes into the back area of the park and avoid these holes all together.
