Pros:
Good variety of hole types. Some left dog legs and some right. Some bombers and some tunnels.
Grounds are well kept. There really is no tall grass to speak of.
NO WATER! So no worries.
Cons:
There tend to be a lot of bugs in the woods.
Tees are short.
Walking trail can be busy, and there is at least one blind shot toward the trail.
Adjacent properties have fences, so there is a potential for lost discs.
Other Thoughts:
The pars seem to be geared toward the students. For a better score, go with par 3's.
The trail, playground, and exercise equipment give others something to do if they come with you but don't want to play. They should though, b/c this is a great course to learn on.
