Great starter course in Warsaw 2+ years

Pros:
9 brand new Mach 3 baskets. Very grippy.
Great signs: distance, par, hole number, hole map, and sponsor listed.
Grippy rubber tee pads.
Variety: most holes between 180-350 feet. A few longer bomb holes 444, 483, and 579 feet. A couple blind shots around wooded area. Two wooded "thread the needle" holes. Slight elevation on a few holes. Enough trees on open holes to add to the challenge.
Easy to navigate. Tees near previous basket. Most of corse follows a paved walking trail.
Plenty of benches and trash cans throughout the course. Very clean park / course. Great atmosphere. Very peaceful.
Great for beginners / intermediate players. More of an intermediate course.
Free to play. Nearby Little Bighorn, which is much more challenging, is $9 a round, but that does include a golf cart.

Only one tee per hole. An alternate tee (varying difficulty or same distance) would boost this course to a 3. Rubber tees are a bit short.
Course could use some more trees planted. The trees on the course are younger. More trees as well as the trees when they grow will help the challenge.
Course is open from 4pm to dark on school days. From October - March, it does not leave much time to play.
Tees very close to previous holes. Fairways for holes 3 and 9 cross. If course was busy, it could be a safety hazard.

Other Thoughts:
I was impressed with this course. This course is near my lake house and it's nice to have a second nearby course to play. Not to mention it's free to play.
This is a great course to learn how to play or to improve your game. The difficulty of this course compliments Little Bighorn very well. If this is too easy, try out Little Bighorn or travel to courses near Fort Wayne or the South Bend/Elkhart area.
If this course had more trees on the open holes and alternate tee pads, this course would definitely be at least a 3 or a 3.5 out of 5.
