Pros:
Very well marked.
Decent Variation.
Easy to find.

Cons:
Tight between pedestrian paths and could be quite difficult to avoid people in warmer weather.
There are some holes where you feel like you're in the woods, then others when you are staring down some pretty ominous smokestacks on the horizon.

It has the potential to be quite busy in warm weather so the potential to hit people with errant throws is definitely there.
It's 18 holes now, well marked. Most fairly short but a couple ones over 150 meters. Hole 8 is the tightest regarding pedestrians.
Great for beginner-intermediates with regards to distance/variety but difficult for them if they throw willy nilly...might hit someone.
