Pros:
For the location of this course, it's fabulous.
Well kept Very short, but I'd never downgrade a course for that.
Interesting, well laid out. Very good signage.
I personally loved the baskets, I found them much easier to putt into than chain baskets.
Owner was very friendly and helpful, talked me through the whole course before I played ( English is his first language if that would help you, but I think his Spanish is very good too.
Cons:
Not very easy to get to, back roads in Nicaragua are not great.
Some would say the holes are too short, but I prefer them to 700' holes any day.
Pay to play, but $2? Who could complain about that, he pays to keep it up, and you can play all day for that.
Other Thoughts:
I really enjoyed my round here, I've never played anywhere else where there was a howler monkey on course.
