Pros:
- Has potential if wooded areas are kept clear
- Quick 9 hole course that can be played in about 30
- Decent place for beginners (again if wooded areas are kept clear/clean and not overgrown)

- little shade
- wooded areas very overgrown
- poor signage (no par or ft marked on tee pad signage)
- rough consists of sticker burs and thorns

Other Thoughts:
This is the first course I played in DFW, mainly because family lives nearby, and I wasn't impressed. It could be a fun little 9 hole but it seems like the city doesn't maintain it well. If that changes then my rating will increase.
