Pros:
+ Very clean and well maintained park
+ Ample parking
+ Next tee signs (cinder blocks sunk into the ground) after 5 and 6
+ A small park course that actually uses water! 6 and 9 both play over or along a pond and a right slice on 8 could land you in a small creek
+ Good flow, good signage
+ Dual tees ( but long tees only add length except on 6 and 9)
+ What little elevation there is was used nicely

Cons:
- Hole 5 is a wide open shot across an empty field
- After 5, you walk across 1's fairway to get to 6.
- Natural tees, short tees are hard to find
- Several tee signs say "Mando Look for sign" but there is no sign of a mando on the hole. Not sure what's up there.

Other Thoughts:
Holes 6 and 9 are mean! if you are concerned with driving 220-240 ft and hitting a small window, throw from the short tee or play around.
From Hole 8, cross that little pallet bridge about halfway down the fairway to get to 9.
I really hoped that basket 3 was anchored in the nearby stump, it is not, quite sad.
