Pros:
This course called for a combo of technical + distance throws, making it a success to earn par on most of the holes. There are a few that if you get your drive through the trees you should have no problem making a birdie, while there are a few that it seems like a miracle when you earn par. all of the baskets are present, and the tee boxes are HUGE with plenty of room to run up for a power shot.
Cons:
the shule here has sharp stick piles and mud because of damage from the hurricane so i reccomend taking a little power off your drive and focusing on straight shots because if you hit a tree you are 10-20 feet off the fairway in many places that you have to take a stroke just to toss it back where you have an open shot. If you have never played before, be sure to look closely at the map at the entrance, because after the first 10 holes it may get a little tricky to figure out where the next tee box is.
Other Thoughts:
i would not take a begginner to this course in fear that they may be frustrated with hitting trees and think this sport is as much fun as it really is
