Tee pads and baskets are brand new! I know that this course is relatively new, but was surprised to see just HOW new it was. Tee pads are turf, show little to no wear on them, feel sturdy, and are a great size. Baskets also show little to no wear, are bright green so they're easy to identify, and are each numbered for the corresponding holes. The course is located in what appears to be a pretty quiet neighborhood (not from the area, so I can only confirm that it was quiet when I was there). With the exception of some standing water, which I'll address in the "cons" section, the park is really well maintained and didn't have any issues with overgrown plants or trees that impeded play.

Since the course was located in a park, there were a few families playing with children throughout, which is normally pretty expected. However, most didn't seem to care that we were trying to play and were not very accommodating. For example, a family of 4 had set up a blanket next to the 8th basket, riding bikes around it and throwing different balls into the basket itself. Though I tried to get their attention, they gave no indication that they cared and made no effort to allow me to play. I had to skip the hole. In addition, the park was over-watered around hole 3, causing quite a bit of standing water that made for quite a bit of mosquitoes.

All in all, a fun little course that was in great condition. It was a nice break from the usual desert courses in the area!
