Pros:
A medley of conditions: manicured grass, natural desert, sloped greens, big trees, moderate distances, mandatories, O.B., alternate "tee pads" and basket locations, elevation changes, righty & lefty finishes, blind holes... a little bit of everything really. O.B. on more than a few holes. All in all a a pretty good challenge to the diversity and consistency of one's game. Bathrooms, and water fountains are a plus.
Cons:
Lack of tee pads, signage, and a back 9 that runs one smack dab into oncoming players. Easy to lose discs on some of the holes, especially #8.
Other Thoughts:
Foxtails and goats' heads are heavy crossing the drainage, be forewarned. Dusty and hot, but nothing compared to say- Buffalo or even Thunderbird/Paseo. Sweetwater is a nice, clean little park, but the drainage is a giant garbage flume.
