Why even have a disc golf course 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Jun 4, 2019 Played the course:once

Pros:

There are 18 nice baskets.

The grass is mowed (you are playing on a ball golf course).

There are cold drinks in the pro shop.

Cons:

No marked tee area for most holes.

No tee signs.

No course map at the pro shop.

Staff didn't really know the course layout or where the tees were.

Boring. It seemed like every hole was just kind of the same boring hyzer tee shot. Then probably another hyzer to the green. There were a few holes that lended well to a forehand but after about 6 holes I was bored and wanted the round to be over.

OB was not well marked and I threw a disc in a pond that I didn't even realize was there until I walked 250 feet up the fairway.

Other Thoughts:

This was one of the most disappointing disc golf outings I have ever had. I wasn't expecting much but to say this was a disappointing experience would be an understatement.

There is no excuse for not marking tee areas and having tee signs or at least a map....especially when you are charging people to play the course.

As a good friend once wrote in a review from another course, "The best part of playing this course was knowing that I would never have to play it again".
