Pretty poor overall 2+ years drive by

Pros:

The nautical is something I had never seen, and I believe it has a ton of potential. I could see the course being a great place for beginners to learn the game.

Cons:

Course doesn't have any real challenges. Doesn't take much moisture to make the course almost unplayable. Dirt tee boxes are incredibly unappealing.
