Pros:
Lots of woody/rocky holes, with mild elevation changes through the middle stepping up to steep shots up and down a hill on the back end.
A few holes have short/long tees.
Cons:
Short holes on short holes on short holes, with only a few medium lengths. Even the dead open shots aren't long. While there are plenty of wooded shots, it doesn't feel technical or tight enough to make up for the missing distance. Also, after the first six, it gets really repetitive. 7-11 are just the same basic lines up and down the same hillside. 12-16 are on a steeper hillside but likewise just feel like going back and forth between the same two holes.
All that water right there, and there are two half-hearted water shots only. Wasted opportunity.
Single chain baskets. Sure, they catch (something), but it's a serious change for someone not used to playing on equipment of a certain age.
Signage is a joke. Tee signs show distance only, and they rotate, so they aren't necessarily even going to point you in the general direction of the basket, and you are just on your own as far as finding the next tee.
Other Thoughts:
Several tees were very slick. Uncertain as to the permanence of this condition, so not listed in cons for now.
Tee 8 is on the far side of the building from basket 7. Don't spend forty years wandering the desert looking for it like I did.
