Played the course:2-4 times
Pros:
(1) This course is pretty new, but the lines and shapes seem like a much older course (which is a good thing).
(2) Clear lanes on each hole and the pars seem very fair, requiring the ability to throw some long and accurate shots throughout.
(3) The beauty of this course is really in the back nine, where you go down and play near a stream that runs through the park.

Cons:
(1) Natural tee pads. While these are some of the flattest natural tee pads I have seen, they are getting worn in and muddy and the course isn't even a year old. Some crushed gravel, or fly pads, or concrete would really help.
(2) Course appears biased to the left-handed player with a lot of right turning holes throughout.

Other Thoughts:
Hole 1: Nice long uphill par 3 with a road OB on the right to watch out for.
Hole 2: Another long uphill par 3. A couple lanes present as you negotiate the trees in the middle.
Hole 3: This is a nice long open par 3 that makes a right turn and necks down into a lane. Neat layout. Pin is ticked in to the right.
Hole 4: Here you throw out of a tunnel and the road comes in from the right presenting an interesting OB penalty.
Hole 5: Here you throw down a big open lane to a pin tucked left and guarded by some older trees.
Hole 6: This is a long wider tunnel drive around some big trees. While the main line appears straight down the middle, there is also a RHBH hyzer line if you throw out towards the pavilion.
Hole 7: Is a shorter (than the previous holes) slight right turning drive.
Hole 8: Here is a shorter, wide tunnel with a basket tucked to the right.
Hole 9: This is a long, tight tunnel that bends lazy right. Keep track of your throw as a disc that creeps too far off to the left is going off of a cliff that drops about 40 feet straight down.
Hole 10: Still in the same tight tunnel track as 9. This is a sharper right turn.
Hole 11: This hole is a spectacular downhill ace race pin. Beautiful tunnel throw, nice trees, an old building, and a babbling brook in your view. Prettiest and most memorable hole on the course.
Make sure you turn left after this hole to find Hole 12.
Hole 12: This is a sweet S turn left par 4. It has a nice open front end, then tightens up as it Ss back to the right for a finish. Water very much in play to the left on your approach.
Hole 13: Another nice S turn left par 4. This is a bigger hook of a drive, then it Ss back to the right for a finish that is tucked in close to the stream. Don't go long.
Hole 14: This is a really tight right turning throw, out of a tunnel, through an open spot to a pin protected by a small creek and some saplings. Neat old electric building on the left.
There is a long walk between 14 and 15 down the paved jogging path.
Hole 15: This has a short opening run-up that present two lanes to throw into across the stream. If you can get it out of the lanes and into the open space beyond, you should have a nice approach to leave a short birdie putt.
Hole 16: This is a treed in shot where you need to navigate large old growth trees and an earthen wall on the left. Pin deep in a hollow where the earthen wall meets the stream.
Hole 17: This is a shorter tunnel right turn. Big water hazard left as the stream is close to the throw the whole way through.
Hole 18: This is a longer open field par 3. Drive out of a wide tunnel exit and into an open field.
Long walk from 18 back up the paved jogging path, then uphill to hole 1. There is plenty of space to add more holes back here, and it looks like this may be part of the design.
