Pros:
Nice, level concrete tees
Small neighborhood park in upscale area
Very good beginner friendly course
Not busy with other players
Good practice course for skilled/experienced players
Cons:
Only 9 holes (no room for more though)
Hole number only on small post by tees
Too little variance in hole distance (6 are between 225-245)
High grass & weeds throughout/not mowed very often
Other Thoughts:
I think the correct way to review this course is as a beginner course because that is obviously what it is. Not all courses can be long, wooded, & challenging for skilled/experienced players. For what it is this course is very good - a good introduction to the game for new players. I'd only like to see more variation in hole lengths (a couple from 300 to 325 feet) and add the hole length to the tee posts.
