Pros:

Decent quick course right off of RT 16, makes for a good after work or warm up round, as it isn't as populated as other courses in the area.

Fantastic baskets for a church property.

Able to play and finish multiple rounds in a couple of hours time.

A nice mixture of wooded and open shots for the size of the course.

A great place to take beginners, as you can see most baskets from the tees, and there aren't any intimidating distances or shot shapes.

on church property so you wont see a lot of the normal DG shenanigans you'd see on other courses. (don't see a lot of beer cans in the trash here)

Cons:

MUD. ALL OF THE MUD (see other thoughts)

on church property so you wont get to DO a lot of the normal DG shenanigans you'd do on other courses.(wouldn't recommend a cold one here)

Parking lot isn't the biggest, no direction as to where spaces are, so you could end up blocked in by someone.

Astroturf tee pads are often slippery or muddy.

No benches, not a real "con" but it would be nice to have a place to rest before teeing off, or while waiting behind a group.

Other Thoughts:

This is a nice course on nice property, and I can see it becoming a hidden gem in a few years time, I am a bit biased, as it's on a main road and I play it to and from work often.

as of this writing (3/11/22) the mud isn't as mad as it has been. But I would still avoid hole 6 if you can help it. Once the pond is complete, I can see the shot being a lovely view, with a risky pond to the right leaving the potential for a danger putt.
