Pros:
Short and fun for beginners
Lots of interesting par-3 challenges
Mostly in the shade
Tough enough without being too overwhelming to beginners
Good variety
Some unique and bizarre holes that are not unfair, although a beginner might have a tough time throwing one over the gigantic rock.
The baskets are excellent and the disc seems to vacuum right into them.
Cons:
There are only par 3s
The routing gets a bit confusing towards the end
Some of the holes are way too close together.
Some of the tees are in not the greatest shape and are too small.
They probably would have been better off having about 14 holes.
Other Thoughts:
Sure, some of the holes are way too close together and if this place is ever busy, it would be discs flying at your head in all directions, but on a nice quiet day, this place really is a lot of fun.
The course opens with a very friendly and short gentle hyzer, then the second hole is a long uphill throw into the edge of the woods. Then the goofiness begins, that keeps you guessing all the time. 3 narrow holes along the bottom of the cliff are next, followed by the strangest hole I've ever played, a 125 foot hole, straight up the side of a cliff to a blind basket over the back of a gigantic rock. Just throw it straight up and get over the top of the rock and it'll be right by the basket. 7-10 are back and forth across an open field and are practically on top of each other. This would be a tough area to get through if it's busy, but each hole does have a fun challenge to them. 11 and 12 might be my 2 favorite holes, both are way under 200 feet but you absolutely cannot go long on either one, and short leaves you with a death putt. 12 is sharply downhill and about 125 feet, it's about like throwing a 40-foot putt. 13-17 are all fun little par 3 holes, the unfortunately thing is they are all on top of each other. 16 and 17 tee pads are right next to each other and play in opposite directions, so you play 16 (a very pleasant hole), then walk back to the tee and play 17 (also a very pleasant hole). Then there's a long walk to 18, then another long walk to your car. Perhaps changing this area up a bit to play #14 as #17 would be a little better for traffic.
Overall though this place is in nice shape, the locals obviously care that it stays that way, and other than being all par-3 holes, it probably wouldn't get boring. Oh sure, there are a couple of nothing holes, mainly one and 18, but there's a lot of creative fun stuff in between.
I know it seems necessary to have 18 holes, but this place probably would have been better if it were about 14 holes instead. Maybe combine #1 and #2 into a par 4, skip 8 and 9 because they are dangerously crowded, and take out the current #17 and play the current #14 as the second to last hole. They could also make 18 into a much longer hole to finish, perhaps 500 feet par 4, following the same tree line.
I don't live in the area but I'd definitely play it again just because of the extremely fun variety of shots.
