Pros:
Nice Dynamic Veteran basket
Well maintained park with several pine tree's
Good neighborhood course
Decent course flow, easy to follow
Iconic Hole #7
Cons:
Very short, no holes over 200ft.
Paver Stone tee pads are too short
Sponsor stones are currently missing, so there is a hole on the back right side of most of the tee pads (I assume this will be fixed eventually as this is a very new course)
Other Thoughts:
Short little neighborhood course. From my understanding this course is open for public play as long as you respect the other park users.
For a short course, this is actually a fun one to play. Great use of the trees although a couple of the holes follow a walking path. This was unavoidable, but may cause some problems.
Most memorable hole is #7, After hole 6, you cross over the intersection for 3 holes around another pond. Hole 7 throw across the edge of the pond and though an archway to the basket. This hole makes the course worth a visit.
I rated this course a 3.5 because of the fun factor, not because it was a great course. I happen to enjoy ace runs that offer a little challenge, this course fits the bill on most of the holes and other than following some of the walking paths, is a good little course design.
Would I play here again? Actually I would play this one again. Specially if I was bringing someone new out to play a fun round.
