Pros:
-Xerox Corporation no longer owns this corporate park (now called Parkway Woods), but still leases a portion of it. The new ownership closed the course during an exterior renovation and parking lot expansion; the new parking lots occupy a large portion of the old layout. A new layout has been thrown together, but unfortunately not up to the standard of the original one.
-The layout is more logical than before, making a clockwise loop through the greenspace of the corporate park with hole 9 returning to hole 1. However, the holes are now closer together and not as interesting.
-The course features a mixture of shorter, tighter shots and longer, open shots (holes 4-7). There is also ample opportunity for safari holes.
Cons:
-Tees are natural and marked by a single piece of wood embedded in the ground. With no signage, they are hard to locate. I couldn't find a marked tee on two holes.
-Holes 2, 4, 5, 8, and 9 all now play very close to parking lots and/or roads, creating a safety issue on workdays. The course is flat and does not have any stand-out holes.
Other Thoughts:
-If you live or work nearby, it's a nice lunchtime/evening practice area, but not much more. Hopefully plans are in place to improve the course.
