[MVP] MVP Distance Drivers

I'm very impressed with how MVP has grown in the last year. I hope these discs are everything folks are looking for. We need some good examples on how to grow the business in the DG world, and they seem to have nailed it.

Looking like its going to be about the same PLH as an AMP with a slightly wider rim and higher speed profile should fly very straight and slightly under-stable when powered up.

I wouldn't be able to throw this thing anytime soon with all the snow we have anyways, :\

**Tease Alert**

So, I'm at PIAS Sat, replacing the Servo that I just got that met a watery grave (and grabbed this ice-green E Volt that was just too pretty to pass up,) and the guy tells me that "SunKing has the MVP DD, and that they (PIAS) would have them w/in a week or so."

I'm thinking, funny, since MVP hasn't even released a release date yet...

Then I started wondering if the guy was confusing the Switch with DDs, since they didn't have any.

The guy seemed pretty convinced, he practically made me fill out one of those "call me when XYZ comes in" sheets.

I know how the grapevine can work, just, now I'm thinking we're going to see these things sooner rather than later, though probably not in < 2 weeks...unless your last name is C...

Anyways, just doing my duty, spreading the venom, tweaking the nips....

there are plenty of people on here that recieve the dealer newsletter from mvp, someone would have said something.

The new banner says "Spring 2014." According to my calendar, that puts release after March 20th...if they are being literal.

^^That's why, after I left the store, I was thinking he may have been thinking about the Switch, like they had an order of those en route.

Thanks for shaking me, making me see reason, slapping me back into sanity, like the nuns in Airplane!!

I would think that, since this is arguably MVP's biggest release yet, they would continue with a proper roll out and PR build-up. Dropping them guerilla-style just doesn't seem like the prudent thing to do.

Also, for working at a disc shop, the people at my local place know surprisingly little about discs. I wouldn't be surprised if a guy working at a PIAS got it mixed up, too.

It has a nice little shimmy in the middle of its flight - no wonder they call it the Motion :)
