and that's just the Boot's putters folks
I want a pic of ALL your discs just piled up

you know you have a problem when you have to move to a bigger place just so you have more disc storage space

and here is my piffly little collection of Ringers

what the hell is a back up putter, soooo many putters, kinda a joke,do you ever get them in the chains,if one doesnt work i buy another? i understand collecting disc, but the putter is a disc which should be narrowed down to the one that works,or you learned how to use it...i guess all those guys have a vast number of katanas also

Having that one perfectly seasoned putter is all good and dandy until it cracks.

I feel so inadequate. There are some serious putter collectors out there. Putting better is my number 1 goal for 2011. To that end, I'm going to start stockpiling the handful of putter I really like to make it easier to practice.

You can never have too many putters. Especially if they are omegas

but each mold and brand are diff,so you learn all the diff molds,i mean isthe aviar and omega the same, and a challenger and the slow birdie putter the same, the pole cat and wizard, where do you guys draw the line,do you ever think you might find the one that works for you or one that you might master,i mean a new putter may come out this week totally diff from whats working for you right now,are you gonna rush down to the shop to buy one?

Most of my putters are omegas and small bead aviars. Those are the same mold just different plastics. Therefore i HAVE drawn the line. If a new putter comes out, like the yeti pro aviar, then of course im going to buy it. Not all putters do the same thing, maybe it will work in my bag, maybe it wont. If it doesnt then so what?

Different putter fit different players style of putt.

as stated by Sly and the Family Stone: "Different Stroke for Different Folks"

So stop arguing on this thread and lets see more putter pictures!

a back up putter is exactly that
in my pic of putters there is only one kind: Ringer
2 different plastics but still only one disc
3 different stamps but still only one disc

I tried 10+ different kinds of putter and the Ringer was the one that worked for me in terms of how it fit my hand and putting style

I have 10 used ones that just get used on my practice basket
I have my protos for actual use...simply because I love the minimal stamp
Z for driving

if I lose one, or one gets to busted, I have a replacement ready

it makes sense

Lol y is it even an issue harold king. Theyre not yours, your not being forced to use any,. Get over it. People buy alot of the same disc and then theres people who buy alot of different ones.theres no shame in trying stuff. As u can see in my pic i chose small bead aviars/omegas ....same mold.

For the omega folks I was just wondering how the omega feels and flys as compared to a JK aviar - X. I have just never thrown them or the small bead and was just curious.

Koffee

i only putt with ridges, but i'll buy anything that looks cool and i would like to have in my collection.. not sure i see what your issue is..

Umm, this isn't ball golf dude. Putters aren't just for putting. In fact, I wish we'd stop calling them putters and call them what they really are...short ranges.

For the record, I carry four putters in my bag. Two DX Aviars, a JK Aviar and either a DX or R-Pro Rhyno. God only knows how many I have in my closet.
