    [Dynamic] Classic Truth

my local disc shop carries prime plastic for $8 before tax I bought a truth and did a little torture testing (aka me throwing it against my wooden retaining wall repeatedly). They seem to hold up pretty well, much better then current dx, pretty close to old era dx. I'm trying to make it...

    Towels, a problem for rookies

I use blue hospital towels for DG towels. Keep one in my back pocket and one in my bag

Mitchell cut a shortcut to 15 so it's not as bad as you'd hope

    Ranger Bag Rainfly.

Attach to the outside of the bag. I'll snap a pic tonight. They are roll top compression dry sacks that fold/roll up very small when not in use. They have plastic clips (for the roll top) that I just run through the D rings on the side of the bag. I wish the C14 had snaps or a D ring closer...

    Ranger Bag Rainfly.

The smaller grip also has a rainfly where you can access everything I use a couple dry sacks for hiking for dry storage for fleece jacket/other layers as I warm up during a round. Works well and is a very lightweight well made package.

TopGolf for Disc Golf, would it work?

Logistics make this difficult to combine with a top golf place. How are the discs sorted and returned to stations? How are the discs gathered from the field? How do you track shrinkage (and GPS devices in the discs does not = tracking shrinkage as they can still be easily stolen and are more...

    DFW disc golf

Ace pot at Towne Lake on Sundays is almost $1,000 for MDGA members ($20 to sign up). We had about 35-40 players last weekend. Tee off's at 10 am if that's early enough for you.

$200 to spend, what you buy?

Get the cart. It might not be the best thing for playing your home course but it's nice in McKinney/when it turns summer. I use mine at TL when it warms back up (mine was given to me though so it was the best price).

    Grip Mini

Texas heat I actually do drink 80oz a round during the summer :( Hydroflasks are 3.6 they are tight but they fit, the smooth sides probably help them slide in Sounds so dirty..... and fyi, I carry 14 discs and 40-80 oz of water when I play

I put it in the hole. Seriously, it fits. I don't believe the pockets are 2.9" I'll take a tape measure to the pockets tonight and report back. But 100% they fit. Maybe the 3.6" is off? unsure but it fits. did you measure your camelbak at 3.4"?

    Grip Mini

I'm using a 40oz Hydroflask great bottles, fit loosely enough not to worry about stretching and 80oz of hydration is more then enough

I use the REI brand smart wool socks medium weight, great in both summer and winter They are magical. Slowly converting all of my socks to wool, expensive but well worth it.
