    Paige Pierce #29190

I would like to see her have a nice year by any standard, just not sure this is going to be a year where she is the dominate force of old. Page has the same issue to overcome that Paul Mcbeth has felt in the last couple of years, mainly the field has gotten a lot better. Not just one or 2...

How often do you make 50 footers?

All the time when no one is watching............... I do play Summer doubles with the guy name Chris Chris, he goes off from 80 all the time. Pretty impressive really. Funny thing is he is not on my card when he does it.

Do you wash your discs? How often?

About once a year I take a bucket of water, 3.5 gallons or so in a 5 gallon bucket, drop a 1/2 cup of bleach into it and mix. I drop my discs in and about 4 hours later they are all clean. Then rinse and dry them with a towel. "WARNING" These are throwers, nothing old that you love, Old...

The number of disc golf player has declined, by a large number.....

Stores in North Carolina, Georgia and Florida. Plus what I was normally moving. The Florida store I was handling inventory issues as a favor to the owner since I had some free time and he needed the help. I keep a place down there and I was tired of fishing and hog hunting. Spent 4 days going...

The number of disc golf player has declined, by a large number.....

Nope, not connected with the sport at all other then playing. I sell a few discs on the side. Sales suggested a contraction in the sport. Sales numbers fell off a cliff in November of 2022. I started looking at data then and figured 2 things caused the issue. 1st, loss of causal players, 2nd the...

The number of disc golf player has declined, by a large number.....

I noticed the course I have opened up and have far fewer players this year. So i did a little research and found the active registered players has fallen off rather dramatically. The PDGA does a nice job of keeping up with all kinds of stuff so I looked at player statics and used the numbers...

Bad form, really, is that what we do, take cheap shots at someones wife? You're better then that.

Why look away when someone is putting?

Honestly, I don't think it matters, sometimes I watch other times I don't. Heck on tour the whole gallery is watching, holding their collective breaths and players seem to make all/most of the putts. If I'm not looking you can bet on the inside I am saying "MISS IT, MISS IT, **** IT MISS IT...

    Paul McBeth #27523

His problem is not a talent issue, it's the fact that everyone else got better. Way better. I liked him a lot and was happy to see him win. But by this time of year he has won something or at least been on a lead card at some point. Sadly, I think those days are gone. Honestly, there was a...

I have a PDGA Global ranking.......

Well, I am on a heater apparently, from well over 650th to 359th. Also some of you have stunk it up, because 2 of the worst rounds I have ever thrown came in March.

I have a PDGA Global ranking.......

So I played an event a few weeks ago, and tanked poorly. I figured I would go see how bad my rating dropped and I notices a global ranking next to my name. 674th......... So now rather than worrying about round ratings I have a new mission. I am going for sub 500. Yes , I know, fix my rating...

Latitude 64 Parent Company Acquires Dynamic Discs

Let's be honest. Does it really matter who owns what disc company? There will always be discs and the last thing I think about ever is who owns the company. I am more worried about thing like: 1. I can make my line. ****. 2. I hope I find the thing after a massive tree kick. 3. That throw may...

    Questions for 60+ age players

I play in North Carolina, Florida and Georgia. Probably half the events I play, we throw mostly short pads unless the The course is what I will refer to as normal length. When I drop down to AM50 down to open, I throw the same layout as everyone else. I have had a few events where they...
