Park golf
The Good:
This course has plenty of room to air those bombs out.
Navigation isn't too bad, I only got lost once.
Mach X baskets.
The Bad:
Pretty much just throw far, birdie, repeat.
Hole 7 long is difficult to find. Turn right after 6 and follow the woodline to the road.
Hole 8 and 9...

Nice walk in the park
Riverview is the closest course to my house, so I may be a little partial, but I really enjoy playing here. The front nine will make you pay for a bad shot. #2 and #4 both have huge hills if you throw too far to the right. While this course is in a multi-use park you are...

A Quick stop in KY.
Pretty heavy on woods, elevation and variety of shots for a 9 hole course. Beautiful land, and interesting holes. There are two baskets on every hole providing 18 holes that you can play at the same time, or as an 18 hole loop. Not far of the interstate so easy to play a...

My favorite beast
Challenging holes from the longs and the shorts. A bench on every hole. The turf pads are the best surface I've ever played on. When the water is back up to full pool it will be the most challenging course in the area. Considering that Jackson and the new Worlds course at Fort...
A backhand throw is about follow through. A forehand is about the pop. You have to swing like you are trying to pop a rump, and make noise, but no real pain. That sudden stop is where your spin comes alive. Learn to flick slow and under-stable 1st. Folks that only flick high speed super...
Additions
I would add grip, arm slot, and how high/low you throw the disc. Of course you can consider body rotation and foot work or stand-still as well, but it may fall under some of your other items.
Run some chains with the ADGA and Discraft Ace race! Register by Sept. 14th to be sure to have your players pack! Shortend tees so everyone has a chance.
Riverview is my home course. I have to say it is in very rough shape right now, but there are plans to bring it back to great playing shape. The time and money just hasn't been there since the ice storm, water treatment project, and greenway collapse all happened quickly. It currently has 16...
Has anyone tried this bag out? It looks like it might do the trick. I have the Cabela's, but want to make sure I have a backup.

Baskets replaced
This course is so much fun to play. A bad roller or bad shot make the water a threat on almost every hole. It is not heavily wooded, but the use of what trees and elevation are there make this a very challenging course. It is easily one of my favorite courses in Augusta.
There...

A rookie review
I am a rookie, so keep that in mind while reading any further. This course has plenty of holes that were very technical for me. I not only had to get my technique down, but had to figure out what disc did what in a hurry. Wrong choice means a hunting trip.
Mostly a good course...
