    Unstinking Discs

Second for the bleach water. I found a disc that had been sitting in a disgusting pond for at least a couple of weeks (could have been months, years, etc). I put it in a bucket of bleach water for a while and that seemed to do the trick.

This forum has been dead since the update.

School sux. I feel guilty spending any time at all on here.

    super sekret teqniques

I'm really excited to see this new "teqnique" now! I played like a fool yesterday and shot maybe my worst round in 4 years, so I feel like it might be time to break down the ole drive again.

I think the last one is my favorite.

    Sheen's Bag

I looked at my bag recently, and I think it is starting to become too populated. I top out at 380 or so backhand and probably about the 360 forehand. Distance Drivers 169 Pro Katana (often used for distance flicks 350-380, occasional downhill flicks and backhands) 170 Star Wraith (overstable...

    Classic Aviar...grid stamp

I putted with a beadless classic for a couple of years. The plastic on the ones I liked was fairly pliable for dx (I really hated the one super-stiff one I had). The reason why I shelved them was because of the lack of predictability. Sometimes they will fade right (RHBH) and get tons more...

Review by Sheen in course Crockett Park

4.00 star(s) Crockett Park Great open course that really gives you a chance to practice your distance throws. A Decent variety of vegetation throughout the 18 holes and a good variety of shots is necessary to play well here. The first few holes are VERY open. The underbrush is thick and the summer and it can...

    Could anybody recommend...

A well seasoned dx teebird does the trick for me.

    Spring Cleaning... help my form!

It's nice to be playing in nice weather again! I have been a regular reader of this site for a couple years now, and have worked some on my form. In the past year or so I've even managed to develop a pretty decent forehand game so I got one of those on the end of the video. However, I've been...

    Beast vs Valkyrie

Yeah it is hard to tell if my beast is going to turn at all or turn and burn. Much more difficult to find the sweet spot on the beast.

Straight to Understable Short Fairway Driver.

The exactly what I use my leopard for. Very little fade without tooo much turn.

    Beast Lovers

My first distance driver was a 162g champion beast. It treated me well, but I left it on a fairway and someone jacked it last week. The champion variety is a little more stable, so I suggest you stay lighter weight if you are looking for a main driver with the distances posted in your sig and...

    Star vs. Champ Teebird

I tried searching this, but the search thing was returning an error. So I apologize if this information exists elsewhere. I adopted teebirds about a year or so ago and basically fell in love. My first two are in dx plastic (which I really prefer for slower discs). I have one well-worn (suitable...

trouble cleaning pond scum off a disc?

The one I found in a pond wasn't super dirty, but it did smell REALLY nasty. I didn't care about it too much, so I thought i'd just try bleaching it. Put the white disc out in the garage in a bleach solution for about 2 weeks... Took the smell away and cleaned it up some!

What a difference a shoe makes

Truth. My Merrells are about 2 years old and are still in great condition and are my go to shoe for anything outdoorsy.
