2014 TRAVEL TAGS!!

still kinda don't get it, if we`re swapping the tags for keeps.
do I then record my info on the new tag I just received in the mail?? or
do I simply give it to someone so they record their info before a game and then get my tag back or??? a lil help please

When you meet up, you sign YOUR tag with your DGCR number (or name) and record the date, then you two swap. and so on and so forth...
