I keep thinking he is foot-faulting, but when I look at it slow mo, it looks like he isn't. That he looks like he (and anyone else who does this) is taking unfair advantage is doesn't seem like good sportsmanship. Plus, cutting it as close as it is makes me think that at least sometimes it has to slip over the line. Finally, watching his other putts, and other throws, I think that he doesn't need to do that, so why do it?
