WELCOME to the 3rd annual Republic of Texas Open. This is a non sanctioned, lots of fun tournament to start of our season. Entry fee includes your green fees, lunch for both days and donation to Sam Sosa Memorial, the rest is payout of $50 per entry for Ams and $75 per entry for Pro. A raffle will be held as well as a silent auction of some custom dyed discs. A mini game will be going on Saturday with prizes such as shirts, Discs and top prize being a practice basket. Because of the pandemic we are going to have 2 plans for the tournament, a master plan and a back up plan.
MASTER PLAN- Tee time start for both days, 2 rounds on Saturday, 1 round on Sunday. Players meeting and player pack pick up on Friday evening. Raffle drawing and awards after round on Sunday. Mini game all day on Saturday. Silent Auction on both days, finalized after raffle. Lunch included in entry for both days. Cards will not change players, same players all 3 rounds. Udisc scoring for all rounds, check in with HQ after each round.

We expect the pandemic to still be around but at a lower stage but we will still rerquire masks at the HQ, in the Pro Shop and in situations that you cannot have 6 ft social distancing. This is to be a fun event for everyone and everyone needs to do their part to make sure it is.
