Good Evening

I am looking for a bit of advice on my backhand drive. I have been playing Disc Golf for about 9 months and backhands have always been my weakness. I played a few weeks in a row with only a putter, first from stand still, then adding (or attempting to add) my x step. I recently started to throw drivers again. I throw 8 out of 10 drives too high and around 300-350ft. I think i might be stopping my forward momentum or doing something goofy with my follow through? Any tips?

Thanks
Josh

Looks like you're on the money with this, you're lacking a weight transfer to brace against your front leg and hip. What this means is you're not utilizing power from the biggest muscle groups of the entire body. Best would be to practice standstill shots so it's easier to learn the basics.
