cam rotated but lil help on my form?

so I max out around 300-325.I can max around 375 once in a blue moon flexing out something high speed on an anny. throwing fairways here. prefer to throw flat at the moment but willing to adjust. am keeping discs below speed 10 for the forseeable future until d improves. any help is very aprreciated. best veiwed on mobile as my phone rotated sorry. thanks in advance
