How does the glide compare to the DX XDs? Do they seem more stable, or about the same? I've wanted one, but I heard they are kind of like bricks.

I don't think they are bricks at all. Great driving putter off the tee and utility approach. Excellent glide. But I switched back to ions/aviars.
