Makes sense if it is measured from the center of disc golf, which is somewhere around the Quad Cities of IA/IL.

That's close enough to call it -90 degrees, for simplicity. So, +90 degrees would be where easternmost meets westernmost.

No doubt the windiest!! On a few teepads it was easily 22mph sustained with ridiculous gusts. My +10 finish in the first round was good for a 3rd place start (and where I finished). There were a lot of double & triple circle 7's, 8's.. I even heard of a few 9's & up on some cards. ouch!
