Anybody use this stuff to semi-permanently set a target?

I have used a similar product for signs but not targets. It is nice that it is easily transportable but otherwise I prefer concrete. The foam goes farther than concrete but the issue with that is that the foam also begins setting up very quickly so you have to get from one hole to the next ASAP if you want to use it efficiently. Overall cost was roughly double concrete as well.
