[Innova] First Run Champ Firebirds

Do these exist? First Run Proto Star Stamped Champ Firebirds?

I have never seen or heard of one until I watched a video where Avery Jenkins says he is throwing a PDGA approved firebird and he is holding a red champion disc with the first run star stamp. I have also seen a pick of him with this disc and I just assumed it was a champ TL or Starfire, both of which he doesn't throw.
